1. General

By accessing this website and booking a stay at Jadra Apartments, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the apartments.
  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
